Let me start off by saying that not only did I not create this drink, I also did not name it! Haha
I recently came across this cocktail in Bon Appetite magazine and I was immediately intrigued, not only by the name, but I loved the idea of a passion fruit martini. Maybe because it reminds me of warm weather, but either way once I tried this bright and refreshing cocktail, I was hooked. I probably wouldn't have more than one though. I feel like this drink will absolutely sneak up on you since it tastes soooo good!!

Here's how to make it:
In a shaker add: Ice, 1 1/2 oz passion fruit juice or puree, 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka, 1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur, squeeze of half a lime, 1/2 tsp granulated sugar, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract. Shake until chilled. Pour into martini glass and top with passion fruit garnish (if you can find one đ) Option: serve with a shot of Prosecco for some bubbles.
